The photos below were not created in Photoshop, they were taken in camera with a very slow shutter speed.

Long exposure photos can be taken during the day or at night. All of these long exposure photos were taken at night.

If you want to copy my settings, I’ll give you some ideas below. Before taking the photo at night, shine some light on the object so your camera can focus. Take your camera off of auto focus to manual. Your ISO should be around 200 and your f stop f/11. Set your shutter speed as slow as 30 seconds so you have enough time to create something magical in the dark.You can use a flash light or any sort of light to create designs like the ones below.
